Protect your skin from the sun
Please make an effort to reduce the amount of sun exposure. You don’t have to change your entire lifestyle, just alter it intelligently and take the proper precautions.
- Limit your exposure to sunlight during midday between 10 am to 4 pm when the UV light is most intense.
- If you have to be out in the sun, please always apply broad spectrum sun screen with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of 30 or above, wear a wide brimmed hat, long sleeve shirt and long pants when possible.
